Text Block Conversion

I'd like the Text Tool to be able to do two more things:

a) when selected, consolidate multiple individual Text Blocks into one;

b) convert any Text Block into a Label.

a) This could actually be done by extending the functionality of the Unify command.

b) If this would be a new feature, then it should also be possible to convert a Label to a Text Block, so it would work back and forth.
