It would be good to be able to apply thickness to a mesh when modelling a slab with multiple levels... instead of having 2 meshes and doing a SEO to get the thickness

Could you just put the spots on the reference mesh which you turn off in 3D views?

Is it possible to drop spot levels on it?

I don't think so as it is an object.
Unless the original mesh stays there then you can add levels to that.
I only ever had a quick look at it when the original post was made, so i don't know a lot about it.

As posted before, i think , this is an interesting workaround over GDL: https://archicad-talk.graphisoft.com/viewtopic.php?f=49&t=70631

BUT - Why workarounds - Make it possible in the original Tool!
