2DL as external link

Please make an option for external 2DL link for layoutbooks for the next AC11 patch. Should not be a big deal putting it back since Plotmaker used to have this option. This is a big feature loss.

Why do we have separate buttons / tools for lineal, radial and angular dimensions? If I set my text, arrowheads, line colours etc for one, surely I would most likely want the same settings for the others. Should this not be done with a single tool, t...
