move the horizon (shift lens) in 3d perspective view

It would be nice to be able to shift the horizon in 3d view. As far as I'm aware this is not possible. So in order to frame a nice view with all verticals (not tilting the camera) I end up rendering about 25-30% foreground image which I will later cut off in image editing software. With grass and paving shaders this can actually take up quite a bit of time.

So, we are getting 2 point perspective in ArchiCAD20, will this work with the Sketch Render engine as well as Cinerender?
