polyline arc stretch plus - not working

when "radius stretching" an arc within polyline, you can press + that appears next to the cursor. yeah.. and that's it. can't multiply an arc this way.

I know, polyline has to be continuous... but this + appears like somehow archcad was about to create another arc ie. poly or separate arc object

It is a known problem and is being looked at by GS.
I am not sure if it will work with an arc in a polyline but certainly single arcs/circles will be able to be duplicated.
It should be working in 19.
