Complex profile perimeter modifier for BIM quantities

If you have a complex profile with different depts, you dont get the accurate panel surface m2 in BIM collab/solibri. Archicad just measures the project area (green line perimeter X element height instead of the red line perimeter X element height).

What i end up doing is custom properties

• measure the height of the element is multiplied by the perimeter of the outside surface ( red line in drawing above, that i have to measure this myself).

This means:

• different property. for every panel
• have to change the formulas if the panel changes

Cant we have an option to draw a line as a modifier that can then be used in custom properties.

This way 

• 1 property for all the different complex profiles
• 100% accurate m2

If this is too complex then at least be able to extract the "component area base line " as a property.
