Most of our teamwork related errors are resulting from corrupted "local data".
Fixing the problem is easy (clearing the data) but avoiding it in the first place should be the goal.
On windows the TW data (and all other AC temp folders) are situated in the \user directory by default.
This directory is synchronized with the windows server, thus adding more unnecessary traffic for this "local" cache.
We see significant less errors after we move our local cache folders to "c:\tem\archicad\..." because is there is no competing sync process.
The normal folders can automatically set to \temp via the user profil but not the teamwork dir.
So our wish would be:
1. Add the possibility to define the location of the tw folder (and others like bim cache?) within the install process.
2. Rethink the (teamwork) cache strategy altogether to get maybe an even better solution.
ps: adding the tw folder location via registry didnt work so far because of user context.
