Right-click on fill to instantly create profile

Would be nice to be able to right-click on a fill whilst in plan or section and then have it immediately be converted into a complex profile and even positioned as a 3d object in the location of the fill for further editing afterwards.

Say if one needs to draw a complex fascia with gutter. The current method is often to draw the fill in section, then copy paste it in profile manager, and then place it in plan and then try to reposition it.
