sun path 3d

Recently i meshed around with Ecotect. I think that a 3d presentation of the sun path in 3d window would be a great tool in Archicad.

This is a very nice Graphic from Ecotect.

This is for the GDL Gurus..

They show the equations on how to calculate the Sun position.

Did anyone ever make one of these objects? Would be useful. Would like to see it in 2D drawings as well as 3D if anyone is thinking of making one!

Hi all,

although this topic is very old I think that this FREE object from Archiradar might help some. Here is the link:

However if some GDL guru can make the object to read from the Archicad sun position it will help me as actually this object seems to be made for the northern hemisphere only.
