Move fully to BIMcloud SaaS

It is great to have the the option to upload any file type to BIMcloud -  this way we can link external drawings directly to TW.

Also we can Publish to BIMcloud and don't forget that our Libraries are from there too.

It seems that only a few parts missing to make our workflow fully consistent and cloud based, these are:

• Load Template from BIMcloud
• Load DWG Translators (and their Templates)  from BIMcloud
• 'Save as' to BIMcloud, e.g., milestone backup pln files (we do this when project changes stage)
• Load Work Environment directly from BIMcloud

With the above we could introduce a fully consistent BIMcloud based workflow eliminating the need of any vpn dependednt local server access.

Also allow the BIMx application to directly access the BIMcloud in order to download BIMx files and have notifications for update.

This is someting that I also wish for. The option to open a new project with a tpl located on the bimcloud.
