Isn't this already pissible by Graphic overrides? You can create a rule where you can filter surroundigs (based on layer, classification or property) and set single colour either from surface catalog or just RGB you desire.

Well, this is already applicable. Either via scripting it in GDL or drawing it in in separated tabs in object creation.I reccomend to watch a course on Learn portal focused on objects. Or to watch YouTube channel BarkinDog

You have to make sure that reference lines of both wall and slab are on the same position. If they are with different radius, this will happen.
