I need to model this sliding window with 2 fixed panes and 2 sliders and

If you click the arrow next to "add transmittal set" in "edit scheme"
you can add a manual issue date (and anything else you want the
transmittal set to have.

Yeah, I guess I could change to letters instead of numbers and I could
also duplicate the layouts and delete the issued ones. But that still
keeps the revision history. Doesn't that men the file heavier? My files
arre pretty big already
