Hi Barry, many thanks for your reply. I was aware about this 51% but in my case it's not working. I don't know why. Just 100% is working well. Transparency is on on views.So I really don't know what it can be. 

Hi,Thanks for your reply.I'm using a railing tool, with transparency 100 we can get what we want. But then the texture will be not visibile in 3d. I need to use a vector 3d method to see the fence in 3d view but It's a little bit heavy as style.
