Remove Help Button in Dialog Title

I'm creating a modal dialog this way:

UIDialogSettings::UIDialogSettings() :
	ModalDialog(ACAPI_GetOwnResModule(), ID_DIALOG_SETTINGS, ACAPI_GetOwnResModule())
{
}

How can I remove the help button in the dialog title?
