Error- (elements were deleted because of bad parameters(32)

A customer sent me several AutoCAD drawings (I am using AC Version 9, Lang USA, Build 1965, Platform Win,Type FULL). I opened each and then saved them as Archicad files. When I open each subsequent archicad files, I get the error below. Does it matter?

Error says "Some elements were deleted because of bad parameters (32)"

It could matter; depends what was deleted.

If you have any means of checking the original DWG as it was and comparing it with what you get in ArchiCAD, that is the only way.

Normally, it has to do with fills, dimensions and text, IMHE.
