When there is a lock icon beside the name of the translator it means that it cannot be modified. In this case either the file is set to read-only or locked or the folder within which it is located is set to read-only. You need to check for permissions in your file system.
When the name of the translator is in grayed italic it means that it is missing, meaning the translator XML file cannot be found at the location specified. If you select any of the translators you can see their location in the filed below the translator list. Maybe the translator file were moved to another location or deleted.

You can remove those missing translators from the list with the Remove button and you can click Browse to add them again.
