Hello,
You can export an xls files from all schedules but if you want to do an interoperability operation between archicad and excel you have to do a element schedule
To do this, go to interoperability menu since your element schedule

Do you mean a xml from the all schedules? From where can I export a xls? and yes, I only see the elements export option under interoperability.

You can 'FILE > Save As' any schedule to .XLS format (or .XLSX).
