Grid lines stagger somtimes when exported to dwg!?

Morning coffe and problem solutions go hand in hand.
We export our views to dwg and three times in six days the grid lines gets staggered when opened up in acad. Possibly this happens when a new view is added to the publisher...not really sure though. I've managed to solve it by changing translators and then back to the correct translator. This was sucessful twice. Yesterday I had to restart AC and then it was ok again. Something is happening with the export. The translator we're using is correct.
Weird problem!?
