IMPORTING small archicad model into larger MODEL

simple question.

I want to import a small house i medelled in archicad into a large grand model also in archicad.
should be simple but just cant pull it off at the moment ?

ok i found that if i open two archicads, i can drag the parts over to the other model.

But one simple question, how when i am in plan, do i select all elements, but also the other elemets above on the other levels.

You could just select it and copy and paste.
Then it would be just as if you modelled it in the lager project all along.

Or you could add it as a hotlink (FILE menu > External content > Place hotlink module).
Then it will appear in the larger model but can not be edited there.
You must open the original file and edit it there and the update the hotlink.

You could also go to the 3D window and group everything. Then in floor plan select 1 element and everything will be selected. (Well, all model data. No 2D drafting elements will be grouped)
