Output to dwg - curves to polylines resolution

I have sent a client a dwg plan which has a number of curved walls and slabs. He is seeing them badly facetted on his AutoCAD.

Our AC Help files make the following comment:
Note: the contours of an arc wall aren't arcs, but polylines made up of straight segments.

What it doesn't say is whether WE have control of the export resolution, OR, is it the AutoCAD user who sets Curve Resolution from say 32 to 5000?

I have scoured the translators and help files but see no adjustments.

The nearest I can find is in the AC Model parrameters regarding 3D curve resolution, but this does not seem to affect the dwg output.

Any advice on this would be welcomed.

Thanks

Tell the AutoCAD guy to type:

viewres -> press enter
do you want fast zooms -> select Yes -> press enter
20000 -> press enter

Autocad defaults to a very low display setting for arcs even though they are smooth this is a legacy setting from the DOS days. So it is AutoCAD's fault even though you could use a DWG as a template in the translator that has that setting predefined to avoid the problem.

Thanks, Eduardo.
I seem to remember Viewres from the dim and distant past!
I will email him and get him to test it out.

Resetting Viewres and a quick refresh sorted it all out.

Thanks for your help.
