The full surface area of the wall is listed as if it has never been cut.
This is the same for all SEOs on all elements.
The curious thing is that if the same calculation is done in a schedule the the correct value is given (i.e. the full surface area less the SEO cut).
Why the inconsistency?
Personally I like to use the list schemes as I can controll the figures and perform calculations when obtaining the quantities.
The schedules are OK but limited in what information you can get and you can't perform any internal calculations.
Now I have realised I can't trust the calculations if I have any SEOs.

Hi Barry,
The List Schemes (and entire old Calculation engine) have not been improved upon since ArchiCAD 6.5 to my knowledge, so it is not surprising that they do not 'know' about solid element operations. It's wrong / bug of course - but whether GS will ever improve the engine and the clunky interface seems doubtful, even though this is essential to many people.
The element schedules may show the correct result here, for wall surface, but there are other cases where they do not show the proper result of a solid element operation. My experience is verify before trusting in all things schedule related...
Best,
Karl

It seems to me that it has not been fixed in AC16 either.
