Saving Schedules as

"Saving from a Schedule Window (Interactive Schedule)
Schedules can be saved in the following formats: Tabbed text, DWF, and PDF. From a PC, with MS Office, you can also save in .doc and .xls formats."

How?

I can open the .xml file with Excel but it sure does not look very useful.

ArchiCAD 25 7000 USA - Windows 10 Pro 64x - Dell 7720 64 GB 2400MHz ECC - Xeon E3 1535M v6 4.20GHz - (2) 1TB M.2 PCIe Class 50 SSD's - 17.3" UHD IPS (3840x2160) - Nvidia Quadro P5000 16GB GDDR5 - Maxwell Studio/Render 5.2.1.49- Multilight 2 - Adobe Acrobat Pro - ArchiCAD 6 -25

When you're in the schedule window, go to File>Save As, and you will see a variety of formats. XML is not one of them.

Thanks. I was confusing XML with XLS. I should have known that was too good to be true.

I was trying to click on File > Save As, but nothing happens when I do that.
The screen blinks just a little like it was going to open the Save As window but nothing happens. I have checked to see if the save window is open somewhere I can't see it but its just not there.

I will try a fresh file. This is an older Beta file saved as a 12 2156 .pln

There it is. It must have been the file I was using.

It worked one time. Just after I saved the screen shot above I tried it again and the Save EIS screen will not come up again.

???

You need first to save any old beta files with the RC1 or RC2 beta, I believe. You can't just open and save an old beta file with 2156. The file could be corrupted at this point.

The name of the Schedule was 8" Foundation Walls.

The " was the problem.

It should have a pop up that says the file name is not valid.
