Corrupt Library message on one user

Hello,
We have a AC22 Solo version installed on a shared mac. On one user (user A) the office library opens without issue in our office template, however the other (user B) seems to prompt a message stating that the library may be corrupt and needs to be reinstalled, however, the library seems to continue to function. Removing and adding the library again in the second user (user B) does not seem to help.

Is there any advice here? each user has read & write permission to the office library folder.

Although it is not causing any issues at present, I would like our office template to work without this potential issue.

What is the source of the library?
I would not recommend using the library from the network share. I would rather use a local folder and some synchronization software that mirrors the source library on the system start or when needed.

The Teamwork libraries work on the same basis as above BTW (but user does not know about it) and all the data is mirrored locally.

The library is stored locally in a shared folder (the Graphisoft Applications folder)

If so... I would count on some disk read error... so check it and backup when still possible.
