Modules in teamwork

What's the best way to update modules in teamwork. At the .plp file? before teammembers sign in? How do they get sent out to the members, by receive changes?

Modules are always placed on a "master layer". Whoever owns that layer can update them and have it "stick". When that person Sends/Receives, the PLP is updated.

Everyone else will have to "update modules" every time they S&R until the module is updated in the PLP, because their drawing will reflect the latest PLP.

And if you create a dedicated master layer for your modules, you can have a teammate who's sole purpose is to update those modules. They sign in only to get access to that master layer.
