Exporting to ifc - Wall healing issues

Arcadia
Booster

I have a builder client that needs .ifc files for a virtual colour selection service they are using. The exports are mostly fine with one big issue - the walls don't heal properly like they do in Archicad. Most of the walls intersect as though they are just overlapping not intersecting though weirdly some do heal properly even though they are identical intersections in AC. Screenshot from a ifc viewer below

Any ideas how to fix this?

I would check that the geometry export is set to BREP. That should fix the issues you are facing.
