My stair is showing the end of the stair. Meaning that in plan it looks like I've got one extra tread at the top of my stair. Not good! How do I fix this?

There is an option to end the stair with a riser rather than end with a tread.
If you do end with a tread you can adjust the depth of the tread (i.e. move the line).

You can also go into edit mode for you stair, select the edge of the top tread and set it to be hidden.

Hiding the line is probably a better option as ending with a tread or riser can affect other things like associated railings.
