Poor quality 3D

Hello,

I came across some posts but not sure if there are simple ways.  I also work on two screen, 4k.  And the 3D images are very poor, unpresentable to site or client.  We don't have this problem with other bim software.  How to go about it?  

My time in fiddling around with IT stuff is very very limited...
