Project info on master layout

How do you guys add basic project and company info to your master layouts?

I have seen two options so far, one is with a worksheet and a drawing tool. And the other is option is crating a Label and using the label tool.

What are the benefits and drawbacks of each?

We use the 'worksheet > saved view > placed drawing on master layout' method.

The benefit is ease of editing, though we hardly ever have to edit them.

Hi, @lucasPeni

The best BIM workflow is to keep all information you need up to date and in the easiest way possible.

By far, using Autotext Labels will keep your workflow neat and straightforward, once you just need to set up your project info and this information will be spread through your layouts.

The way you customize your sheets depends on how many of them you have, I mean: do you have many different layouts for an A1 or A2 sheet?

In my opinion, if you have just one or a few layout sheets you can customize them directly on Master Layouts.

But if you have many layouts, you can have a Worksheet to manage them and add to layouts as drawings.

You should consult the manuals about AutoText

A good friend of mine have once told me that I´m so brute that I´m capable of creating a GDL script capable of creating GDLs.
