Wrong wall lengths

Anonymous
Not applicable
Hello, Archicad users. I have a problem when checking out the length of a wall.
In the schedules get the same result whether I check in the Length of Refference Line, Length of the wall (at the center, inside and out). However, they are all wrong.
The wall is a composite profile made out of three components (it's a tile-wall connection profile made out of aluminium and rubber). And Archicad the length of the profile is tripple.
On the screenshot I sketched with yellow the part that was made of rubber.
Just wanted to let other users know.
Cheers.

If it's conditional you might wanna check the parameters in: Options > Project Preferences > Calculation Units & Rules (“Reduce Wall length by…”

There are differences between gross, net and conditional lengths (and areas) as uisanata (Ernest) has pointed out.

Archicad also allows for how the wall trim at the corners.
Have a look at this post for an explanation.
