Zones with Renovation Status set to "New" won't show on Schedules

ANSWER FOUND! It's quite simple. This issue is if your working on the "Project Map" rather than the "View Map" the Schedule will inherit any random Renovation Filter which might be active in my case one that is not showing new elements, just place that empty schedule on the View Map" and save it with the desired Renovation Filter

Good you figured it out. It's best to form a habit of working in the View Map instead of Project Map.
