I'm writing on behalf of a collegue whose AC13 enjoys autosaving every few commands disregarding the settings in work enviroment to every 10 commands. Amongst other conclusions, we've arrived to AC13 needing reinstalling, if it persists then it could well be the computer lagging behind previous autosaves, in which case, the CPU is 'catching up' so to speak.
Does anyone have any suggestions on rectifying this problem?
Thanks
Sujey
Machine in question: Win XP, Pentium 3.00ghz, 3GB RAM, Nvidia Quadro FX 550.

Re-installing ArchiCAD would be the first thing I'd do personally, then make sure the latest hotfix was applied.
It may also be worth checking that the folder it is trying to autosave into actually exists. Perhaps it was renamed, or the drive letter changed.
Also check the hard drive isn't badly fragmented, although I wouldn't expect this to affect performance as severely as you describe.
Hope this helps. Good luck with getting it sorted.
