PC runs windows 10 pro ver 2004 64bit,
cpu:Intel xeon E5620 2,4GHz
RAM: 6,00 GB
GPU: NVIDIA Quadro FX 1800
I tried unistall and reinstall, i talked with the reseller here in Greece and they have no idea how to fix it.
A week before, archicad was running fine on that particular PC.
Any ideas?

Hi Tim,
Thank you for the question!
Yes, it is true as Miha said, that this feature needs to be disabled. Could you give it a go and see if it helps?
Best regards,
Minh

Thanks for all the replays,

Hi Tim,
I'm wondering if you keep any bugID of the crash? Normally, if the Bug Reporter shows up after a crash, a bugID should be created after you send the information to us (https://helpcenter.graphisoft.com/knowledgebase/64553/)
If you are on Archicad 24, here is the guide: https://helpcenter.graphisoft.com/knowledgebase/130130/
These IDs would be very crucial for identifying what triggers the crash!
Best regards,
Minh

Thanks for the link, I see that I'm supposed to send this file to our local provider, I'll do this immediately.

Hi Tim,
Yes, the REP file can be sent to your local partner for checking. Or, if you don't mind, you can drop me a private message and I will be very happy to check the crash report!
Thank you very much!
Best regards,
Minh
