Hi, I've been paying for and using Archicad since 2004, but recently had a quiet spell of work, so delayed my Select Agreement / upgrade, with Central Innovation, to Version 21. I did this before V21 was out and the 'Relationship Developement Manager' said they would call near the time my upgrade option was to expire - Tina didn't call. My work picked up and I contacted Central Innovation and was put onto Sam, the new 'Relationship Developement Manager', who sent me a bill for $3,861 to upgrade, including $2,020 + GST for a '1 step upgrade (penalty) for not upgrading in time! V21 was not quite out yet and I complained about the penalty charge. Sam said he'd put my case to Management and get back to me. I have not heard from Sam or anyone at Central Innovation since July 2017. Its funny how they call their points of contact 'Relationship Developement Managers'! I guess they can stick their upgrade charges, cause they have downgraded this relationship!
