My only personal experience with the Mini is running AC10 on a 1,42 GHz G4 machine with 1GB of RAM and a Samsung 22" 1600x1200 flat LCD (digital).
That worked OK, except for Open GL which was slow. No problem with the work is was used for.
But the PPC minis had dedicated ATI graphics (just 32MB VRAM), and the DVI output we used doesn't rely on screen update frequency. I guess this taxes the machine less than producing analog (VGA) high resolution output at high frequency, because in all other aspects, the Minintel should be about double the speed of the PPC.
