From the screenshot, it looks like there was something wrong with the Work Environment. I suggest performing a Preference Cleaning. Please follow the guide here: https://helpcenter.graphisoft.com/knowledgebase/25464/
Important: You may lose some of your modifications to the ARCHICAD interface, such as customized shortcuts, palette locations, etc. To avoid that, before deleting any files or folders: create a backup copy.
