CodeMeter behaves like a disk

Luka Tomori

Hello,
after I upgraded to AC21 my CodeMeter started to act like an outside disk, so every time my Mac goes to sleep or I shut it down, I get a "Disk not ejected properly" message for the CodeMeter "drive", next time I turn it on...
Please, help me out, to get rid of this annoying thing:)
Luka

Under Windows, there are administrative tools you can use to manage disks.
The Disk Management tool lets you decide not to assign a drive letter to the Codemeter dongle.
Maybe the Mac can do something similar and if no drive letter is assigned to the Codemeter dongle then this error may not occur. Just something you could try.

I have followed a kind advice of Slovenian distributor Pilon Aec and uninstalled the CM driver than reinstalled it again. Now it works like a charm:)
I have left the option Kernel version 5 (or something like this) unchecked and that was it.
