Hi,
One of our client has an issue with the codemeter. She is using ArchiCAD Start Edition 2016. They says that codemeter is interfering in other software. What would be reason? Can any one help us in this Please.......

Client says like that. Even I have not checked what it is showing and what is the issue.

How to check this.
Without knowing details it is hard to even guess.
I don't want to tell you how to support your clients but I would be remotely connecting to their machine to see if you can figure out the problem or gather information so that you can get support from Graphisoft.
What software is being interfered with - does it also use codemeter technology?
Are there error messages that may give some clues or is it just other software is no longer working.
Maybe try un-installing codemeter to see if all goes back to normal.
Then re-install and try again.
I haven't come across any problems with codemeter interfering with other software.

When she start the laptop, the message pop up menu comes saying that codemeter run time, allow - yes or no like that. If she say no then it will take time to open. Like that she said. This is without connecting the codemeter also.
But yesterday when I restarted the machine it din't shown any error or pop up like that. Its working fine with and without codemeter.
What code be the reason?

If you are a reseller you should escalate the issue to the next "entity in the command chain", be it the distributor in your country or GS HQ, I don't know which one applies to your area. Do you not usually do that when an issue is not solved?
