Set your 3D Style to one of the Vectorial engine styles (top of list) rather than an OpenGL one.
Then see if you can open a 3D window.

I am wondering if there is a problem with your OpenGL.
Are you video drivers up to date?
What is your video card (and other machine) specs and operating system?

If I understand you correctly, when you switch from 2D to 3D, the program freezes, and the only thing you can do is open Task Manager to kill ARCHICAD.exe process, it is correct?

En effet je suis obligé d'ouvrir le gestionnaire fin de tache pour fermer Archicad.
Je travaille avec un fichier d'archicad.
j' ouvre le programme Archicad et je lance nouveau projet.

pour info !a 3D fonctionne correctement avec Archicad19.
A fonctionné au début avec Archicad 23 et maintenant ne veux plus fonctionner malgrès plusieurs essais.

Version 23 requires a different version of OpenGL to version 19.
