Dear Yvonne,
Thank you for the question and I am very sorry about the issue!
I found that we had some similar records before, but the issue has never been addressed fully. If you delete the drawing from the layout and place it again, the dimensions should be visible afterward.
Please let me know if that is the case. Thank you very much!
Best regards,
Minh

Hi Minh,
We have done that and it works sometimes. Other times, we had to recover a backup file

Dear Yvonne,
Thank you for the information!
What we are still missing in previous investigations is the method to reproduce the issue. Usually, we only see the result (the placed drawing has corrupted settings) but we do not know how it could reach such state. Usually, replacing the drawing should help, therefore I am interested in why in your case, sometimes it doesn't.
If you happen to find out how to reproduce it, please let us know, it would be a big help to the development team! If replacing the drawing doesn't help, I would like to get the file, maybe it could be another issue.
Thank you very much!
Best regards,
Minh

Hi Minh,
Do you have an email I can send the file to?
We're now experiencing dimensions disappearing from elevations
Thanks

Please let me know once the process is finished. Thank you very much!
