Door/Window marker visibility

I can't visualize the Door/Window marker in plans. I'm using a template with custom options; in a new file, with archicad 14 template I get no this problem.
I don't understand what parameter did I touched

Can anybody help me?

Make sure your MODEL VIEW OPTIONS are set to SHOW MARKERS.
