I'm quite new to Archicad, so my issue may be easily solved but I would appreciate any help.
The problem I'm having is that when I switch to the 3D model view, nothing shows up. This issue has only started happening recently. All my layers are turned on, I'm not zoomed too far in or too far out and yet nothing appears.
I can get part of the 3D model to appear when I highlight the plan and then click show in 3D. However, when I click show full 3D model, nothing shows up and I'm just left looking at a white screen.
When I switch Open GL to Vectorial Engine in the 3D style menu, the model will show up, but only the partial model that I had selected on the plan.
I would appreciate any help as I can't find anything that has helped me so far.

Has it been modelled far from origin? Zoom extents, select all.

If the vectorial engine is working and the openGL is not, then I would suspect a problem with you video drivers.
You could try updating your video drivers.
Or if your system has had a recent update and this problem has only occurred since then, you may need to roll back your system update.
Barry.

Same outcome the OP had with OpenGL

This may indeed be a graphic card driver issue. But in case it turns out it is not, then there is a thread that lists various causes of why things may not appear in 3D:
