Graphics card -which one?

I have been quoted for a new pc to run Archicad18;
• CPU – Intel Core i7 4790 3.60 GHz, 8MB LGA1150
• CPU cooling system - the Intel Liquid Cooling System
• RAM - 4x Adata 8GB Adata XPR DDR3 2133 DIMM RAM (32GB RAM total)
• GRAPHICS - PNY Quadro VCQ600-PB 1GB Graphic Card – Display Port & DVI outputs

then an option to upgrade to an AMD FirePro W5000 (2GB) but at quite a cost.

I'm no expert and there are so many options listed by Graphisoft that I'm not confident which to select.
Is the PNY Quadro good enough? Is the FirePro just a 'nice to have' or essential. Perhaps there is another card I should look at instead?

Any help appreciated

Geoff

My suggestion is to add more cores and install a graphic card with more memory and more Cuda cores - RAM is more than enough (for archicad I mean). I dont' know which software you are going to use to make rendering ... but You'll need CPU cores (in case of use of CPU calculation renderers) or GPU Cuda cores + Graphic memory (in case of use of GPU calculation renderers)
AC 19 and AC21 latest hotfix
Win 10 Pro 64bit
Double XEON 14 CORES (tot 28 physical cores)
32GB RAM - SSD 256GB - Nvidia Quadro K620
Display DELL 25'' 2560x1440

Thanks for your help.

I'm intending to run Microsoft 8.1 Pro.
The system has 4 cores. Just checking if you were advising to increase that?

I could go for a Graphics card - Sapphire Radeon R9 290 TRI-X OC VERSION 4GB GDDR5 PCI-E HDMI/2*DVI/DP. Is that better with 4GB?

Thanks
