In case you experience an issue with ARCHICAD that is presumably related to your computer's hardware setup, technical support engineers will probably ask you to provide them with system information about your computer.
The easiest and most comprehensive way to do this is to create a report of the whole system.
- on Windows: use the System Information Panel to save a detailed report of the computer's hardware in NFO format. Read this article to learn how to open this panel. To save the report go to File › Save As...
- on macOS: save a System Report in SPX format. Read this article to learn how.
These will contain all the necessary information about the specifications of your computer.
