How to draw a line when Shift+Tab does not work

Hi Guys, I'm currently a Student, using Archicad.

I'm using archicad 20 and I've gone to draw a line, and usually I can click shift Then Tab, and I can input a measurement of the size line I would like. for some reason this isn't happening for me this morning. have I done something that's removed it, and can I get it back?

Thanks in Advance!

Try using Click, Shift R (instead of tab).

Changed the title of the thread to something more descriptive of the problem. Help as a title is not recommended.

Hi Click, Shift R still doesn't work. The box it's self with the dimensions no longer comes up.

And that makes sense. Thank you!

Different question if the Tracker does not come up.

Under
Option -> Work Environments -> Tracker and Input

turn Tracker on.
