I CAN´T LOGIN

Hi,
I am new user and recently took an edu license. 

I´ve been trying to login in the app but every time I can´t even click to digit my email and my password. I click many times and nothin happends. 

I already opened my an Archicad file and putted my ID so I can use the app, but I am not conected in my account and it says that I only have 27 days to use without login. Tried to reinstall the app and reboot my computer but still I can´t digit my email and my password...

 

Do know how to help me?

Thank you very much for the report and I am very sorry for the issue!

 

From the description, I believe that upon starting Archicad, the startup window does not show anything, but an empty screen, and you cannot sign in through it, is that correct?

 

If you try to access https://graphisoftid.graphisoft.com/ on a browser, will it work?

Also, at the moment, we are aware of an issue caused by the Intel Xe graphics card driver. If you have this type of graphics card, please update it with the latest driver here and see if it works?
