This is a user-to-user community and is not a way of contacting Graphisoft.  Further, Graphisoft does not sell products directly to (most) customers... their distributors in each country (several distributors for certain countries) handle sales, invoicing, etc.   You must contact the distributor from whom you purchased your license for a copy of your invoice(s).
