So once the paper bar code with the license number is worn off the WIBU key, is there any other way to find the license number of the software?

If you go to https://upgrade.graphisoft.com/ (with the key plugged into your USB) and select the type of key, it will show you the number of your USB key the same as it was printed on the bar code.
For our keys, we wrap scotch tape over the bar code to prevent it from being rubbed off. If you have other keys, you may want to consider that.

ok, the website is giving me this,
Applet initialization error!
Some driver have to be updated.
Please download the missing components from Graphisoft's Website,
or quit your browser and install ArchiCAD
so i went to the website, and downloaded the WIBU key driver.=, installed it, and still nothing.
Do you know of any other way to find the license number?

go to graphisoft.com>support>drivers>and get the latest WIBU drivers for your OS.
Uninstall the current WIBU drivers
Install the new one you downloaded.
To get your number you can on the control panel>wibu and open it will read your key number.
When the updated drivers are installed the update site will read it automatically.

On Windows, go to the Control Panel where you install and uninstall stuff. There is a "WibuKey Setup" item. Uninstall that.
On the Mac: I don't know, I don't have one.
During uninstall, unplug the dongle and restart after the uninstall.
