Old WIBU key deposit

Hello,

Years ago when I was a student, I got a student version of ArchiCAD working with a hard WIBU key that had to be plugged into the computer. After moving several times I could not find the key and assumed it was lost and so was my deposit. But today I went through some old USB keys and found it hidden there !

Question is : can I send it back and get back the deposit I paid so many years ago ? If it is possible, how can I do that ? I have been looking through the help center and the forum for a procedure, but I can't find anything on that !

If there is any possibility of a refund, you would have to ask the sales/support for your country. If indeed you are in France, that would be Abvent in Paris:

Hi Karl, thanks for the quick answer ! I am indeed in France, I just contacted the customer service. It is so silly of me not to have gone to them first, so thanks !
