I want to renew my license, how long it would be?

There is not enough information to give an answer.

If it is an EDU answer then go to myarchicad.com and it will take couple of days.
If commercial then they are permanent so there is no renewal just paying for yearly updates.
If commercial SSA then it will renew at the time you pay.
