Install an configure Better Touch Tool if editing the mouse preferences does not help.

I'm on 10.10.5!
Not had any problems with my magic mouse but I was experiencing a number of other issues recently. I think Apple sometimes do background updates that need a restart. If you haven't done a restart recently give it a go.

Thank you for your suggestions but nothing seems to work. My problem is "ZOOM" very slow.
Kind regards.
